Step-by-Step Revenue Roadmap

Step 1: Make a Weekly Sales Post

  • One Per Week: Post one sales-focused content piece weekly (carousel, video, or infographic).

  • What is a Sales Post?: A post that answers critical buying questions—what the service is, who it’s for, what results it delivers, and, most importantly, how to buy it.

  • Types of Sales Posts: Case studies, service spotlights, promotions, or "Wondered What It’d Be Like to Work With Me?" themes.

  • Key Tip: The CTA should guide followers to make a buying decision or take a next step towards purchasing.

Step 2: Launch Quarterly

  • Plan for a Launch Every Quarter: Every 3 months, dedicate 4–7 days to a "launch period" with increased posting frequency, focused on converting followers to buyers.

  • Daily Themes: Address questions like:

    • Day 1-2: What is the service? What are the benefits?

    • Day 3: Who is it for?

    • Day 4-5: Case studies or testimonials.

    • Day 6-7: Why buy now? How to buy.

  • Bonus Tip: Add a special promotion or bonus during the launch to build urgency (e.g., an extra coaching session, a price reduction, or a free guide).

Why Quarterly? Launching too often can lead to audience fatigue. Space launches to balance between sales and nurturing posts, preventing follower loss.

Step 3: Create a New Lead Magnet

  • What’s a Lead Magnet?: A valuable freebie, like a PDF, checklist, or template, that delivers quick wins and aligns with your paid offers. Example: A “Website Must-Have Checklist” for those interested in web design services.

  • How It Works:

    1. Create the Lead Magnet and promote it.

    2. Collect emails in exchange for the free resource.

    3. Set up an email series to educate and showcase how you can help them achieve their goals.

    4. Ensure each email has a CTA, like booking a call or applying to work with you.

Step 4: Update Your Sales Pages

  • Optimizing Sales Pages: If you want to sell high-ticket offers, having a well-designed website and sales page is essential. It should answer the same questions from your social media posts and act as a comprehensive resource for potential clients.
